- Create problemas, y si no tienes bastante con los tuyos asume como propios los de los demás, y recréate en ellos.
- Llena tu vida de complicaciones reales o ficticias y concede gran importancia a todos los sucesos negativos.
- Piensa que siempre tienes la razon, todo es blanco o negro, y solo existe una verdad absoluta: la tuya.
- Rechaza de entrada lo que digan los demás.
Si la idea o propuesta no es 100% tuya, deséchala, seguro que no te aportará nada.
- Vive obsesionado/a.
Elige un acontecimiento suficientemente negativo de tu memoria, conviértelo en recuerdo imborrable y tráelo a tu mente una y otra vez, hasta que solo vivas para pensar en ello.
Así, los acontecimientos cotidianos no absorberán tu atención.
- El presente no merece la pena, piensa siempre en el futuro.
Aplaza el disfrute de los placeres de este o aquel momento, porque no puedes saber lo que te deparará el futuro.
Confórmate con lo malo conocido y no te arriesgues ante lo bueno por conocer.
- Tortúrate pensando en todo lo negativo que te podría ocurrir dentro de unos años.
- Jamas te perdones.
Llegarás a un punto en el que tan solo sentirás autocompasión.
